The HR Busines Partner will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies and programs (eg, recruitment, retention, performance management, employee development and managing return on expectations, tracking) in conjunction with Senior Management and Regional HR to achieve key performance indices with respect to the following responsibilities:
• Review of existing HR practices and policies, and provide strategic direction to the Human Resource activities in Indonesia• Work with key stakeholders to align, implement and monitor HR practices to achieve business goals.• Work with key stakeholders to strategically formulate compensation and benefit plans.• Conduct skills assessments and upgrade talent through strategic staffing and talent development.• Drive out best practice induction training.• Implement our talent management programmes.• Ensure that all operations in Indonesia are in compliance with company policies, Code of Business Conduct and local labour laws.• Implement best practice HR communications at all levels.• Lead and participate in service award programs organized by Hong Kong Corporations.The position requires excellent analytical, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills from someone who is a good team player, enjoys collaboration and loves challenges. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 5 years experience within the the HR field, and will:• have a strong customer focus with a global mindset and intercultural awareness• be able to set and work towards strategic business goals• have sound Project Management/multi-tasking skills• have strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills• have practicing knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, business practices and government operations• have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesian• have an advantage if familiar with MS Office.
• be available to travel regularly to our offices in Indonesia.
