Sriwijaya Air is an airline headquartered in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. It offers domestic flights to major cities in Indonesia and limited International destinations. PT. Sriwijaya Air began service in November 10, 2003 with route Jakarta-Pangkal Pinang. Then add new routes Jakarta-Jambi and Jakarta-Palembang. In their first year, Sriwijaya Air experienced such rapid growth. Until mid-2009 Sriwijaya Air has been operating with 23 aircraft, serving more than 33 domestic routes and 2 regional routes.

In the year 2007 Sriwijaya Air received an award from the Boeing International Award, Safety and Maintenance aircraft. This Charter awarded Boeing after passing the auditor for months. In terms of security and service, Sriwijaya Air is the only airline that operates and maintains aircraft and still remain accident-free. The same year Sriwijaya Air received Aviation Customer Partnership Award from Pertamina because these airlines have assessed the accuracy of petroleum payment. In the year 2008 Sriwijaya Air was awarded an award by Markplus & Co.. This award is a public appreciation of the services provided by Sriwijaya Air. Aircraft Maintenance are done by PT. ANI (Aero Nusantara Indonesia), bringing expert staff from abroad who are already certified and experienced.

* Bachelor degree in any educational background with minimum GPA (GPA min 3.00) from reputable universities, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Maximum age 26 years old
* Computer literate
* Proficient in English (verbal and written communication abilities)
* Single, willing not to get married during training period
* Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
