Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Management orMedicalMin. 3 years experiences in Training as Training Coordinator or Field Training Officer in pharmaceutical industry is a mustHave knowledge of Training concepts.Have knowledge and skills to develop training moduleDevelop the training plan and budget and ensure that the costs are within the trainingbudget.Strong organizational skills and able to adapt to many varied environmentsFluently in English, both for written & oral.Creative, honest, hard worker and also good interpersonal communication skill.Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Responsibilities:
Develop annual training program and schedule for associates and monitor itsimplementationEnsure the effectiveness of training module obtained from regional as well as localmoduleEnsure the quality of a training by identifying training need, develop necessaryprogram to tackle the need, deliver the training, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the trainingIn cooperation with Sales Management & Marketing, being accountable for theNational Training for Field ForceConduct the training as facilitatorControlling the agreed budget for trainingPlease submit your CV and application to HR DepartmentEmail: recruitment.idja@novartis.comor Mail to:PT.
